True enough but contingents from the Moslem world and even Europe haven't been much better. The Bulgarian contingent sent to Cambodia a few years ago was a remarkable group. Apparently the rank and file were literally felons. Prison populations were trolled for volunteers. In a win-win situation for the thugs the state offered to grant freedom to anyone who spent a year in the special Bulgarian army detachment sent to Cambodia. The results were interesting to say the least. Large numbers of UN vehicles were totaled by dui's, a number of gunfights between members of the contingent occurred, the Bulgarian thugs robbed local merchants at gunpoint and numerous girls and young women were raped and/or kidnapped.
