This study is further evidence that climatologists need to learn more about the normal climatic change and stop relying on the extremely simplistic thesis that CO2 has some magical ability to control climate.
Water currents are actually better at melting ice than warm air and they melt ice from the bottom which is more likely to produce a collapse than melting from the top caused by air.
