I've been thinking about this, and though ws's are suspect, they are more bark than bite and haven't done too many political killings. If this was Hale-related, why wait so long? I think this was a professional job perpetrated by an intelligent killer who KNEW racists would be suspect and that it would be sensationalized. A braindead, rag-tag "creator" wouldn't get past the security system, neither would a druggie. This killer probably got paid by a wealthy client. .22's are often used in professional hit jobs. Just ask the mob.
We still don't know if the house was burglarized. The last thing Joan would want to do right now is search through her belongings to see if anything is missing. As the day goes on, more light should be shed on this.

Apparantly Judge Lefkow ruled IN FAVOR of Hale, but the media keeps lying about this. Even I believed it, until a friend in Illinois enlightened me (see link below). An appellate court overturned her decision and she merely enforced the law by threatening to fine him. The "white supremacist" motive is falling short. I think y'all are going in the wrong direction on this and allowing media propaganda to cloud your judgement.

I know (now) that wasn't the intent, but that was how it looked at the time. I know you're one of the good guys though.

Even the older prison population is afraid of some of these 'people' - so to speak - coming into their midst.

And Bush has only gotten 204...less than Carter. shows how poisoned our judicial system is, and the importance of the "nuclear option" so we can fill the courts for a generation.

Coulson Esq.,(Chicago) spoke on O'Reilly. April 6th is to be Hale's date before the judge. This was as you said a trademark case and yes she ruled in favor of Hale. Overturned, she had to issue the injunction and she did fine him. She was easy on Hale, but he is still the "top" suspect. The media is not being told differently by authorities in charge.
