PROVIDENCE -- In the latest Brown University poll, Rhode Islanders overwhelmingly (58 percent) say they expect the New England Patriots to win the Super Bowl again next year, but that Republican Sen. Lincoln Chafee may not be as lucky if he faces off against Rep. Jim Langevin.

Neither Chafee or Langevin is half as good as an empty chair.
Commies and gungrabbers, the pair.
One less RINO to vote with Harry "The Weasel" Reid won't make me shed a tear.
That's very true.
This just goes to show how out of touch Hollywood is with America.
Carcieri.
There aren't many, if any, strong conservative Republicans in this state. Even the state GOP holds its nose and backs Chafee. We're flanked and beset by gutless turds here in this pitiful state.
Our best bet is if the Governor runs for Senate, or if the bat-shit-crazy mayor of Cranston, Steve Laffey, decides to throw his hat in. Laffey's a nutbag, but he's conservative - with a special dislike for Union Thuggery. He's psycho enough to do it. I love the guy - he's never at a loss for words, and he'll always speak his mind. Not a single "PC" bone in his body.
Unless a true conservative runs against Chafee, I'm voting for Langevin. Better an honest Democrat than a limp-wristed, yellow-bellied RINO.
