Perhaps, if the amt. of time Terri's husband has been with another woman qualifies it as a common law marriage, then Terri could divorce him on the grounds he is a bigot. Two wives? I doubt the state of Florida allows bigotry.

I don't know about laws against bigotry but most states do have laws against bigamy and if Michael can legally be considered a bigamist, that would be a small part of his just desserts.

There is no common law marriage in FL -- in TX, there is, but not in FL. But FL judges permit adultery by a spouse in a "loving" relationship.
