TAMPA, Fla. - Terri Schiavo's parents asked a Pinellas court judge Monday to allow her to divorce her husband - in either life or death - in a court filing accusing Michael Schiavo of adultery and not acting in his wife's best interests.
The filing was one of a flurry of 15 motions filed by Bob and Mary Schindler as they now have less than three weeks to find a legal way to keep their severely brain-damaged daughter alive.
Terri Schiavo is scheduled to have the feeding tube that has kept her alive for 15 years removed March 18 unless her parents can convince an appeals court to block Michael Schiavo again. Michael Schiavo says he will have the tube pulled because his wife once told him she would never want to be kept alive artificially.
David Gibbs, the Schindler's attorney, said Pinellas Circuit Court Judge George Greer has indicated he will not hear the divorce request and five other motions filed Monday - but that only means that the matters are now on their way to being appealed to the 2nd District Court of Appeal in Lakeland........

Very impressive; seeing as how my first post was directly on point, which you conveniently ignored. Any and all evidence put on by Michael is suspect, including Terri's wish for life or to remain married to him.
Grape nuts or Special K. I know the cereal wars can be brutal but let's not get too hasty here.../humour.
Orchestrating the death of ONE person doesn't make one a serial killer.
As far as the so-called "perjury," I'm sure you are smart enough to know that the first statement was one of present intention - if everyone who didn't follow through on an intention was a "liar," then there isn't an honest man or woman on the planet.
So, yes, it is "crowing."
Greer is a narcissistic biased Judicial Tyrant of the worst sort, a living testimany for the need for massive reform of our corrupt courts.
See post 26.
So there's actually conflicting hearsay. Judge Greer only HEARS the HEARSAY he WANTS to HEAR.
You've got Judge Greer pegged.
Speaking of Haman -- Purim is the 25th of March.
It was present intention. The dollar amount awarded to him, which he well knew he was seeking, was the approximate life left for Terri and what her needs would be cost-wise. They made a calculation based on the rest of HIS life and her NATURAL life and the money was given for TERRI's needs. He received $350,000 as consortium. The rest was to TAKE CARE OF TERRI, Crowbar.

Funny, Jeb just said on tv "There's no need to call and put pressure on DCF and then wham. We find out that DCF has joined the Schindlers to object to Terri's death order! THANK YOU GOVERNOR BUSH!
And what was the anticipated lifespan used to calculate the life care amount?
Schiavo says he is Lutheran, but he wants to wed Jodi in a Catholic ceremony. Would Martin Luther be pleased?
Her friend said it. I read it. If I come across it again, I will let you know.
I've been reading your posts throughout this forum and basically strongly disagree with you, but you have a right to think (and say) whatever you wish.
This last post really bothers me:
First you personally attack those who disagree with you calling them "so-called "conservatives". I don't think anyone here has a "mutual admiration society", but I do think they truly care about Terri Schiavo and her parents. If questioning and combatting the actions of a misguided judge is subverting the "various processes of government", then I guess I misunderstand the freedoms we have in this country to dissent against government tyranny.
I am also mystified as to how you personally KNOW that Terri will never get better or someday be able to walk or talk. Intelligent people can discern the state of Michael Schiavo's honesty through his actions, which have been extremely self-serving. You may be right in your statement that no parent can rationally accept the loss of a child, but you should remember that Terri is still alive and her parents have not lost her (yet).
You don't have kids. You couldn't with
that sorry @$$ comment about a parent not
being about to rationally accept the loss
of a child.
Mine too; that's exactly what Greer has done. It's called: he has an agenda, and wants Terri dead.
awe then you think that she's the only one. cereal, I say.
Oh, they testified that she would want a divorce if Michael was adulterous? You know better than that.
Can the DCF get a higher court to stay Greer's order of execution set for March 18? If not, I don't see how we succeed in saving Terri again. Maybe some unforeseen development will yet emerge.
