Website up for Jessica Lunsford, missing girl from Florida. www.jessicamarielunsford.com
that is up. People can post prayers, letters, news, whatever. Information is supposedly on there about the case. Just checked it out...it is so moving to go there.
Perhaps the FR administration can somehow put the FR prayer thread that is on here, over to her website for her family to see. They need to know there are prayers out there to give them strength.
The father is so believable, no doubt in my mind that he has no knowledge and is completely baffled. He begged everyone for help. I can't even write for crying.
I have never been so upset, hearing this father's plea, and seeing how his heart is breaking.
I agree about the Dad. I was kind of iffy on whether he might know something or be involved, but after listening to him, I cannot fathom he knows anything. All he wants is his child back. I pray fervently that it can be so.

I saw him on television Saturday morning. My heart just broke for him. A greater agony than that I cannot believe. Compare this devastated man with the friggin' Ramseys years ago - with their press agents and lawyers.
My prayers for Jessica. After Elizabeth Smart, I will hold out hope that this child is returned to her father safe and sound.
Dear Lord, send Jessica safely home to her family......

Hope the girl comes home safe and sound and that her captor is turned into chum and never heard from again.
This makes me cry just reading it.
A bump and a prayer.
Yes, that is when I really lost it.
Prayers up for all of them. I've been so much more aware of door locks and windows and setting our alarm...this is so frightening and horrible. I pray with my whole heart she comes home alive.
I missed the press conference earlier, but I am almost in tears visualizing the father's grief.
I hope everyone is on the lookout for her, especially outside of the State of Florida. A young boy taken from Ocala was rescued near Atlanta.
Although the circumstances were different, the lesson is the same--we cannot let her down by thinking "she couldn't be in my neighborhood."
Lord, Let us find this child, and bring her home.

It is a heart breaking story, I didn't think the Dad was involved, but you know if something happens to that girl, he will probably never forgive himself for out running around that night. We can always second guess, what if I had been there? Oh dear, what a sad story. Is it true that they left the door unlocked? I have done that before a couple of times, but don't forget to turn on house alarm. And then the dog not barking is odd. It has got to be an acquaintance of the family. They would have to know that the dad would be out, the lay out of the home and stuff like that. What a nightmare.
The only thing I can even fathom is that someone she knew and trusted (maybe from the church she attends) convinced her to meet them outside her house early in the morning for some reason that would have made her feel comfortable.
Like, maybe they were going to give her something for her Dad or someone from them. She might have thought she was doing something nice, getting a present, etc. So she went out. That may be why the dog did not bark. And why the door waps unlocked, because she was intending to come back in.
Maybe that, I didn't think of someone from church, she would have trusted them. I thought maybe something internet. I think alot of people just don't realize how dangerous it is to invite the internet into their home and not monitor (and I mean really monitor!) who their kids talk to. It's easy to talk a young child into something, they just don't imagine there are evil people out there.
I feel awful for her Dad because I bet he will feel guilty since he wasn't there (for whatever reason). It's just normal to feel guilt about something like that.
But, prayer is a powerful thing. Alot of people are praying for Jessica. I add mine.

I think he absolutely should be speaking on behalf of this child. . .this family.
Come on Jeb; come out, come out. ..wherever you are.
