Is Sheriff Rice (remember all the calls to HIS OFFICE........WHO KNEW HE WAS BUDDIES WITH MICHAEL THE TWO TIMING SOCIOPATHIC DEATH MONGOR?
I mean we were begging for an ivestigation into the HORRORS michael was doing to Terri in the hospice and ALL THE WHILE this FREAKING SHERIFF LOVED MIKEY POO and HIRED HIM TO WORK FOR HIM AS A PRISON NURSE (easy to understand why michael would be good at this....but TALK ABOUT COLLUSION!
NO WONDER HIS OFFICE WOULD NOT RESPOND TO CALLS ABOUT TERRI'S HORRIFIC NEGLECT!!!!!!!!!! Michael was his BUDDY!

Wonder if a smallish, whimpish, ineffectual, replusive, creepy, freaky, proud producer like felos has a hard time keeping his death fetish contained...hovering over and planning the death of the imperfect must make him feel very powerful , for a moment in time.
I can understand, in the sicker part of my brain, how a 'dead' man like felos, can only feel alive while killing others.
