If the Schindlers had good legal help early on, they would have avoided being blindsided by the Schiavo Triumvirate. It is possible to legally overcome a biased judge, but it's extremely difficult and there's really only one chance. I can't really blame the Schindlers for failing to overcome Greer early on when they had the chance, because they probably had no way of knowing his level of bias until it was too late.

I fought my case for six years, and no matter what my different attorneys tried to do, we always came to a dead end, losers .. the fix was in. I finally just had to give up .. I had done all that I was physically, emotionally and financially capable of doing, and at the end ..was a bleeding, scarred, insolvent and pitiful soul.
It was either continue this futile pursuit, or choose to preserve what life and emotional stability I still possessed and survive. I chose the latter. There was no other choice, as I refused to give into the suicidal thoughts that often would invade my depression. I was damned if I was going to give "them" the satisfaction.
There is no way to comprehend the grief and suffering the Schindlers have endured for FIFTEEN YEARS .. I just cannot imagine .. there is no way, except for Our Loving Father, who has made possible for them the impossible.
It's SO obvious that Greer marches to Felos' wishes and that he's oblivious to facts, reality or even willing to undo the result of his admitted "error in interpretation." He's been showing a God complex, and either so biased against Terri's family from square one or he's been bought with something of value to him ... be it the cause, or something tangible.
I've been praying all day, seeing Terri's sweet, innocent face before my eyes .. and the light that shines on her face is one of utter purity and loving innocense. I cannot imagine that her light could go be extinguished, and I'm trusting in God's will and His plan for her, though I know not His plan for her or for us because of her.
She has the most incredibly steadfast and devoted family, she has the solid legal team she needs .. God Bless them and all those in a position to deliver her from this evil.
