With Florida's large elderly population I am shocked he got such a high percentage of the vote. I don't think people really look up the background of a judge when they vote...I'll make a guilty admission. Up 'til now, when I knew a judge was a Republican I pulled the lever. From now on, that changes with me. I suspect that's what may have happened with Greer. He got the "I don't know a thing about him except he's a Republican" vote.

greer did a deceptive tv ad which is at TEJ. he made the public think that he was "tough on crime" and didn't make ANY INDICATION WHATSOEVER that he was a guardianship judge or Terri Schiavo's judge. He MADE THE PUBLIC THINK HE WAS A CRIMINAL JUDGE and should be disqualified for that but the JQC are more of his cronies. Greer has cronies at every level. THEY ARE CROOKS TOO UNFORTUNATELY.

I think the House, Senate and Jeb Bush realize that Greer has a lot of like minded desperados covering for him. WE ARE GOING TO WORK AROUND THE EVIL, CORRUPT JUDGE. So is the US Congress.

My dream is that he still is arrested. I can see it so clearly, shackles and all. He's abused Terri for years.

Well, when Greer's ads can include apparent endorsements from other judges and his opponents can't because it would be criminal for another judge to give such an endorsement, or for a candidate to imply receipt of an endorsement when none exists, that would tend to give Greer an advantage.
