After he made his famous comment the day after President Bush won reelection, I actually went out and FReeped Arlen Spector, personally. (He was so intimidated that he didn't show up.) I wrote emails, slept, and ate, at my computer. I called the Republican members of the Senate Judiciary Committee. I went all out, and so did a multitude of other FReepers and citizens.
Arlen SWORE he'd be a good boy if he was granted the Chairmanship of the Judiciary Committee. And Frist was as linguini spined as ever. Santorum backed Arlen, too, and I am SO DONE with him.

I have participated in several endeavors to defeat Arlen over the years, to NO avail.
Most of those "Republican" senators are as useless as a one-legged clothespin. But surprisingly, there are dozens of often reliable Republican House members. Frist in recent pictures looks "troubled" and "afraid of his own tall, thin shadow." He is returning to TN in 2007.
Rick Santorum????????? I am in absolute SHOCK!! I recall him fighting for the unborn and for marriage. What's wrong with Pennsylvania to keep voting this RAT Spectre in? What's wrong with our nations? What's wrong with the Governor? The Legislators? The Judiciary? God Help ANY nation that continually sheds innocent blood. For HE WILL avenge that innocent blood. His word clearly states that "HE the innocent blood shed cries out from the ground to HIM for Justice and HE will avenge"!!
