Another reason why the GOP let us down -- by allowing Specter to be chairman. Apparently he hasn't come out against the bill -- and I'm hoping he won't -- but I won't be surprised if he does.

I couldn't agree with you more. You have no idea. At the time I called Santorum's office so much, he was #1 on my speed dial. We could have Toomey as Senator and NEVER had to look at the likes of Specter again. Instead, we are without TOOMEY and Specter is Judiciary chair. I will not be able to forgive Santorum for this for a long, long time, IF EVER!
