Any word on whether the DCF has ever challenged a judge? I fear tht it never has and will therefore claim that challenging a judge is beyond its mission.
The best hope now is with Congress and only if Senator Frist can permit passage of a national Terri's Law with a 50-50 vote, with Cheney breaking the tie. I am not even sure if he can find 38 senators to support the measure.
Would appreciate prayers from everyone for *all* those traveling to Florida over the next few days. I'm terrified to fly and I have to change planes four times, coming and going, so prayers would be appreciated.
