I am not surprised at the rulings today, but I am disappointed, as everyone, that the affidavits from the medical folks was discounted, that this Judge has ruled that Terri is NOT WORTHY of the latest tests for people in her state, that Terri has to die and that, apparently, is that.
The cruelty in this makes me afraid of our court system, at large. Is there no one around Greer to talk to him, to remind him of the bone scans and the fact that he has not even seen Terri for himself...?
Does Judge Greer take everything at face value, including the words of MS and Felos and their chosen medical experts..and ignore the Schindler's experts and witnesses? Did Judge Greer not suspect MS of cruelty and sick motive ANYWHERE along the journey in this tragic saga of life and death?
How can a Judge who is legally blind fail to offer blind justice in his own court?
And the fact that Felos so blatantly woos him, (or blackmails him), directly Greer at every turn, is sick.
The pic of Felos shows a man who is genuinely fearful, imo.
THIS TIME AROUND PERHAPS GREER AND FELOS Don't HAVE COMPLETE CONTROL OF THE DCF. Perhaps the Sheriff who replaced RICE is NOT UNDER THEIR CONTROL! I hope so!!!!!
The hospice article in TheEmpireJournal.com tells a sad story of Felos stuffing Terri into that death house while he was on the Hospice board. ( She did not, after all, fit the parameters, she was and IS not dying!) It goes on to tell how he removed himself from the board when it became evident that people were becoming aware of this connection.
This article also states that the doctor who admitted Terri to the Hospice (Felos chosen dr.) failed to complete the correct paperwork. He couldn't say Terri would be dying within six months which is the Hospice rule for admittance, so what did he say, I wonder? Which is a law of Hospice and it has to be renewed every so many months....
In fact...this doctor goes to see Terri about once every four months...he spends ten minutes reading her chart, and ten minutes with her....THAT AMOUNTS TO A VISIT BY A PHYSICIAN, A MS AND FELOS PHYSICIAN, SEEING TERRI FOR APPROXIMATELY ON HALF HOUR PER YEAR!
That alone is NEGLECT AND ABUSE....! Good going Michael.

Their entire GAME of PVS has RESTED UPON NOT ALLOWING ANYONE OBJECTIVE ACCESS TO TERRI.
Only by claiming privacy for Terri and then HIDING her, have they been able to get away with this ( as well as the neglect and abuse of Terri).
If America knew that Terri is not PVS, and IF America read that bone scan report of Terri's bone trauma to BOTH KNEES, BOTH ANKLES, FRACTURED FEMUR, BROKEN RIBS, SEVEN VERTEBRAE-Both upper and lower lumbar region, pelvic trauma and had access to the Dr's testimony who ordered the bone scan....
Felos and MS would be in jail.
The key to this case is getting Terri out into the light.
Felos and MS are panicked over the DCF....I hope that means the DCF, this time, is not a part of Felos's Hemlock Society (which he is a member of). I hope they are not Greer's campaign contributers like LaBelle was last time. Or Wolfson, the guardian ad litem, was.
My PRAYER tonight will be that the people in the DCF who are a part of this....are not in the cable that the last DCF investigation included..and failed to finish for ONE REASON-----
MICHAEL SCHIAVO WOULD NOT ALLOW ACCESS TO TERRI. Period. This is according to the DCF investigation records....Michael Schiavo, alone (under felos, of course) STOPPED THE DCF INVESTIGATION, COLD. The perp, in other words, HELD THE POWER.
I pray the people doing this DCF investigation go forward with the passion and resolve their duties dictate. ( Bet Felos has his feelers, his vampire fingers, all over the DCF personnel about now, possibly Greer, too.)
