Well sounds like some good Catholics took their case to Rome, Rome has spoken and now, well, you know what flows downhill...

Seems to me that Bishop Lynch should issue another statement and remove the sentence in his last release where he says that "the problem here are that both sides are intractable."

Bishop Lynch also said that the decison on what shoul happen with Terri is 100% the husband's decision.

I'm glad to see these statements form Rome and form Cardinals, I'm sure that Felos has saved the Lynch statement to further his death march. Now at least Gibbs will have a few statements to trump with.

I believe that Bishop Lynch is being blackmailed, tacitly or actually. I know I've posted that before, but I want to emphasize what I wrote to Bishop Lynch himself last week: we are not going to forget what a disgraceful quisling he has been through this crisis. His statement of Feb. 28 was disgraceful in its mendacity. I'll bet Rome has heard many complaints about Lynch.

You wrote: "Bishop Lynch also said that the decision on what should happen with Terri is 100% the husband's decision." Lynch sounds like a NARAL member spouting, "Whether to terminate a pregnancy is 100% the woman's decision."
