Yesterday, attorney George Felos filed a "notice of non-filing" with the 2nd District Court of Appeals. Felos will not file an answer to the initial brief filed by attorney David Gibbs.
Felos also filed an objection in opposition to the emergency motion for review of the trial court's (Greer) denial of stay pending appeal.
The 2nd DCA said they will make a decision no later than Thursday, March 17, regarding the Schindler's appeal.
