The separation of Powers is meant to be the SAFEGUARD against situations JUST SUCH AS THIS. Yesterday Keyes and Liddy called it JUDICIAL HOMICIDE. They couldn't understand why the Governor hasn't acted by now. Maybe he's more concerned about being impeached himself. So Terri can just die. What I don't think the Governor realizes is that he would actually be a Hero.

Again, Canadian, I totally agree with you. Like Keyes and Liddy stated, it's PURE T JUDICAL HOMICIDE. I added the Pure T. I've never understood why the Gov didn't STOP it in 2003.

This is a huge OUTRAGE. Some one HAS GOT to STOP IT.

Have you guys read "Men in Black: How the Supreme Court Is Destroying America"

I bought it recently. It is very pertinent to the discussion of judicial tyranny taking place in Terri's case.
