I think Keyes and others are right about Jeb Bush having Constitutional power to Stop this horror.
Think about this. A Judge sentences a murderer to death, the Governor can STOP THE EXECUTION AND OVER TURN THE SENTENCE. I know Gov can stop the execution. That Judge would have been elected by the people.
Therefore, I do NOT buy the seperation of powers, in this case. That's my opinion.
The separation of Powers is meant to be the SAFEGUARD against situations JUST SUCH AS THIS. Yesterday Keyes and Liddy called it JUDICIAL HOMICIDE. They couldn't understand why the Governor hasn't acted by now. Maybe he's more concerned about being impeached himself. So Terri can just die. What I don't think the Governor realizes is that he would actually be a Hero.
he can issue a stay but he cannot overturn a sentence to the best of my memory. He can pardon people for past crime/s.
