That is as good a question as any. I wish I or someone would ask her.

Well, for her current PVS mis-diagnosis, all someone would have to do is ask her ANY question, like "Are you PURPLE?", or perform ANY task, like "Terri - raise your right leg".

If she answers appropriately, even by some arranged sign language, or she performs the requested task, she can't be PVS, and can't be executed.

The bigger puzzle is why would these courts of exection NOT ALLOW any new testimony that she is NOT PVS, or a jury trial on issues like this?

...and lets not forget Michael is a trained nurse and would have the motives to give her depressants before an important test.

With visitors like Tom Brodersen, or Father Frank Pavone, her prison warden would not expect there to be any 'test results' which could get back to the court.
