I wonder if Terri is killed at the hands of Greer - and they determine there was neglect could he be tried for murder. It appears that judges are above the law and that is the way he is acting.

That's right, the law means what George W. "Haman" Greer says it means! He may be a Charles Evans Hughes Republican then. Both were NY born.

He could be tried for murder only if her neglect = her murder.

If she is killed pursuant to his court order that Michael is acting on her behalf to remove her feeding tube, then what could be called into question is his competency as a judge, or his interference with a lawful DCF investigation by killing the victim, thereby rendering the DCF investigation into abuse and neglect a MOOT action.

I see no way he could be charged with murder, unless there was evidence produced that his rulings were a sham, that he knew she was entitled to live but ruled otherwise because he or others wanted her dead. Absent such evidence, he can always hide in his robes behind his judicial rulings, I believe.

Which does not mean he will escape all justice, of a sort, if not the kind you wish.
