Jeb is afraid of the political firestorm and afraid of being impeached. In short, he doesn't have the GUTS!!!!
We must keep the pressure on and we need a PROTEST of HUNDREDS of people on the Governor's office.
YUP - Destination = Tallahasse!! Large angry crowds outside their offices strike fear into any politicians heart. Every one of them, for the most part, are self-preservationists. There is No way that they are going to have their snouts kicked out of the public trough!! When it lands on their doorstep and they actually get to "see" and "Hear" from those who have the power to remove their snouts, it usually produces some desirable results.
I'm all for your protest.
However, the Bush men always give their opponents the rope to hang themselves, and when everyone is screaming at them, why haven't you done this or that, what are you waiting for, you are NEVER going to act, that is when they do.
People said that George would never get around to invading Afghanistan, because he gave the Taliban a chance. They said he would never get around to invading Iraq, because he gave the UN and Saddam Hussein a chance.
People were saying Jeb had run off to South America and would be gone while Terri was starved to death. Jeb returned from his trip and spoke out that he would do everything he could do within the law to save Terri.
DUH.
And you continue to say he will do nothing?
Were you among those who said he would do nothing in '03 when at least he saved her then from starvation/dehydration on her 6th day? I don't know if you were, but I remember that a lot were predicting he would do nothing because he was cowardly or some such.
He is cautious and careful. Not quite the same as cowardly...
