14.a. Termination of the life of Theresa Marie Schiavo would hamper the investigation into abuse, neglect, and/or exploitation allegations, many of which have previously gone on uninvestigated by the governmental agency charged to conduct such investigations, i.e. DCF.
b. Termination of the life of Theresa Marie Schiavo would prevent investigation into her surroundings and circumstances by creating a mootness under the Adult Protection Statute and thus divest DCF of its jurisdiction to detect, correct and protect vulnerable adults from abuse, neglect and/or exploitation.

No kidding. Judge Greer had better watch his step tomorrow. This time the world is watching him...knowing that to murder Terri by judicial decree is obviously being done to halt investigations that in an earlier time, Michael Schiavo was able to terminate by denying ALL access to Terri. Scary stuff, that.

He can NO LONGER state that investigations have already been accomplished, all Gibbs has to do is to bring Mr. Labelle into court, put him under oath, and allow him to explain how Michael Schiavo halted EVERY ATTEMPT to investigate any charges by refusing ANYONE ACCESS TO TERRI. How Michael must hate Terri. One would almost think he has a panic going on regarding Terri's future, should she recuperate enough to COMMUNICATE.

Terri is a victem beyond measure. The brutality and lack of care she has suffered knows no other definition than sheer cruelty and NEGLECT.

She has PHYSICALLY SUFFERED from the denials of her so called guardian-Michael Schiavo. She has lain there in pain as Greer and his cabal refused to help determine her circumstances.

The world is watching and Judge Greer is on trial.

WHAT IS THE GREAT HURRY TO KILL TERRI ABOUT ANYWAY? Especially if new medical procedures are out there to use with her to analyze her condition....and ESPECIALLY now knowing that MICHAEL REFUSED TO COOPERATE WITH THE EARLIER INVESTIGATORS.

BTW-WHY DID GREER NOT INSIST THAT MICHAEL ATTEND THE DEPOSITIONS FOR HIS FITNESS AS GUARDIANN THAT HE FAILED TO SHOW UP FOR TWICE WITHIN THE LAST TWO YEARS?

AND-BTW-Why hasn't Terri had an attorney representing her if she is facing a based on HERESAY DEATH SENTENCE.

Do criminals on death row deserve MORE justice than Terri because she cannot verbalize for herself?

Greer has NEVER even VISITED TERRI.

And this man is willing to have her killed? Buying into his campaign contributers wishes and comments like from Felos, Bushnell, Rice (the sheriff) and NEVER, NOT ONCE, visiting Terri with her parents when HER LIFE IS AT STAKE?
