Federal Court in Tampa in 30 days, not to the supreme court. The federal court refused to get involved before because said "was pandora's box." Well, now they must look at this mess.
I'm listening to this right now about Terri. They are talking about how he had BOTH parents starved to death and admitted it on Larry King's show.

They've been debating and voting on amendments all day about the budget & highway bill
They stopped the voting on the amendments to bring up Terry's Bill
She wasn't talking about Terri's vote. She was talking about one of the amendments earlier to the budget.
It was a voice vote on Terri. So there wasn't anything to change and the nays were very muted.
