Saundra, I was thinking that very thing this afternoon while washing dishes: "what if this is not only about Terri, but about everyone who hears Terri's story and his/her reaction?" Millions of people have heard about her and God is looking at each of us to see if we are on the side of life/creation or death/destruction, and what we are doing about it either way. I definitely think our country is being tested.
Thanx, Starwise.
I feel so cool everytime I learn a new "word."
WOW!
Connect-the-dots BUMP
Excellent. First rate stuff. Thanks.
So the Father Murphy who gave false testimony, has since taken a leave of absence from his ministerial duties? Very interesting.
It would be nice if Governor Bush paid Terri Schiavo a visit.
One thing the parents should have mentioned IMHO is that the statutes do not allow the withdrawal of "pallative care". Receiving water is apt to make dehydration much less painful than it otherwise would be. I see no legal basis for denying it.
There is a new article in the NY Empire Journal exposing the fraud and liberalism of Charles Crist, the FL attorney general expected to seek the 2006 Republican gubernatorial nomination.
The NY Empire Journal is exposing all the fraud in FL, but the evidence seems to be going no where -- Republican officials there sweep it all under the rug.
Psa 82:3 Defend the poor and fatherless: do justice to the afflicted and needy.
If only Gov. Bush would visit Terri and bring the media in with him. Of course, Terri's Mom and Dad should be there, too. And Gov. Bush should bring the authorities along who are supposed to investigate abuse/neglect. If only that would happen. Terri needs to be rescued IMMEDIATELY - just like they remove elderly/disabled people from abusive situations.
Florida Republicans need to look at Illinois to see their future if they don't start rooting out corruption.
RE: 428====time will tell----all that dirt that has been swept under the rug for 15 years is starting to ooze out and become VERY public
Email sent. I heard that show too, and remember it well.
That is very compelling, and I can tell you
that reading it affirms my belief that we
are all being called upon not only to help
Terri but to witness a miracle and another miracle
that is going to happen.
It also affirms my belief that this situation is
bigger than just one person or small group of people.
It is the future, and sets the tone FOR the future of
the disabled and handicapped in this country.
Hi Theodore!
I think that there is tremendous goodness in this
country and that overall God realizes that there are
more people wanting to follow his will than not.
I sure can't think or speak for God, but my impression
is that he is allowing the righteous to fight the evil.
I guess the righteous are not polled by the national media when the polls say 2/3 want Terri dead. They may be unavailable to comment or be so uninformed as they don't know about the battle being waged in FL.
Thanks for sharing that e-mail.--I say It deserves a bump :)
Yes. And I wholeheartedly agree as anyone who has doubts of her status should see for themselves how alive she is!
Yup .. something he has been asked to do for quite some time now.
Judge Greer is NO different.
It is shocking how few people understand this. IN FACT, I WOULD BELIEVE ALMOST ANYONE OVER A JUDGE. Common criminals are often more honest.
I would rather walk into the worst neighborhoods in the country unarmed (and have) than walk into the courtrooms of some of our judges. And that's a fact.
