Canadian, I totally agree you. My post to you earlier looks misleading. The seperation of powers, is exactly why Jeb Bush CAN STOP THIS.
Additionally, the Hospice Fraud is nothing new. Gordon Watts has been on this for quite some time. The problem IS they won't do anything about it. There's no logical answer for this, other than NO ONE in authority wants to stop Greer's execution of Terri Schiavo, in my opinion. Strange, isn't it?...
Again, Canadian, I totally agree with you. Like Keyes and Liddy stated, it's PURE T JUDICAL HOMICIDE. I added the Pure T. I've never understood why the Gov didn't STOP it in 2003.
This is a huge OUTRAGE. Some one HAS GOT to STOP IT.
I have to leave the office soon but I have to say that the tax paying citizens of Florida are getting fleeced with this Medicaid Fraud. Then they have Judges and scumbags like Schiavo and Felos joining forces to murder an innocent human being. WHY aren't the people more angry? And I CANNOT understand the churches NOT having their congregations ON THE MARCH. Is there any doubt we are in the LAST days??? Not in my mind. I realize that but there is a reason why I'm wondering. Felos continued on with legal issues of denying medical treatment after Estelle Browning's death. It was more than a year after her death that Felos won with a FL SC ruling that a patient can deny treatment regardless of the treatment or prognosis.

Felos can run around all day long saying this is Terri's wish blah blah blah but I am suspicious that there is more to it for him than just her death.
Wolfson did recommend that swallowing test be performed for Terri, but were they? No!
Ok, now I get your drift! Ok, the Browning case was not near as important as this case because, the Florida legislature passed a law that made feeding tubes artificial means of keeping someone alive. I call it the kill Terry law. Felos has admitted on TV that this is a very important test case. I took it to mean that this is the test case for euthanasia in Florida

Actually, there was a post about all the senior citizens calling up the legislatures complaining about what is happening to Terri. The AARP is going to lose members because of their stand, but they don't seem to care.

I bought it recently. It is very pertinent to the discussion of judicial tyranny taking place in Terri's case.

I didn't join because of their callous attitude about Terri.
I don't think the AARP will be hurt because of its anti-Terri stand. Why? Many of its members are not even aware of the tragedy in Pinellas Co., FL. And these "geezers," as Limbaugh has termed them, are looking for discounts on this and that, which they think AARP provides them.
Pepper, to paraphrase the popular James Carville, a LA native, "It's the privacy, Stupid!" Of course, HINO has already taked about menstrual cycles on national television: I guess that is no longer "privacy." The American people just cannot understand this case: it's a result of the dumbed-down school system of the past 35 years. Or maybe it's just the continuing success of liberalism in an era of "majority" Republican control.
All I know is that the older population in Florida is scared of what is happening to Terri. They know they could be next.
If more people knew that the AARP does not support Terri's right to live, I think there is a good possibility that the organization can be hurt.

Sorry for the delay, in replying to you. I was on phone to talking long distance to Washington State. I think something is odd about it too. The last time around they did the same thing. Hospice removed the feeding tube, then gov Jeb had Terri taken to a hospital for re-insertion. Felos then screamed that Terri was given a surgical procedure by the gov without permission.
Remember, they took Terri to a hospital to have the tube put back in. Which was a simple procedure. Get this - Terri was taken to the same hospital where the HINO worked. How disgusting is that??
Isn't the Hospice violation listed in the DCF abuse investigation. And yes, Scoop is doing a super great job for Terri. Thank God for it too.
Maybe I'm on over-load, but isn't the Hospice Violation listed in the current DCF abuse investigation?? Sorry if someone else has already answer this. I've been away from the board for the past hour or more.

Two reasons Canadian:
1: They don't know the whole story.
2: Their mind can NOT or will NOT process this horror
3. They DO know, but are scared of loosing their Stinking
Right to Die, which will NEVER GO AWAY.
4. They Do KNOW, but so are so polical, and are blaming
Jeb Bush for this.
5. Some actually fully know and are dealing with issues
from doing this to a loved one themselves.
6. There are probably more reasons. sorry for the error
of saying, there were only 2 reasons, above.
