well it was a Judge! LOL
According to Alan Keyes he has PLENTY OF POWER OVER JUDGES. Just go back and read the posting from Alan Keyes on G. Gordon Liddy's show yesterday. He CONSTITUTIONALLY HAS SEVERAL WAYS OF TAKING CONTROL.
Ok now you are really on fire! Keep it up!
Thank you. I'm glad I was wrong on that one. Again tho, it's a useless exercise for these Judges to appoint anyone. They have decided that Terri Schiavo should die!!
Oh oh!!
separation of powers. The people voted Greer into office.
That is a major crock!

(3)(a) "Neglect of an elderly person or disabled adult" means:
1. A caregiver's failure or omission to provide an elderly person or disabled adult with the care, supervision, and services necessary to maintain the elderly person's or disabled adult's physical and mental health, including, but not limited to, food, nutrition, clothing, shelter, supervision, medicine, and medical services that a prudent person would consider essential for the well-being of the elderly person or disabled adult; or
2. A caregiver's failure to make a reasonable effort to protect an elderly person or disabled adult from abuse, neglect, or exploitation by another person.
Neglect of an elderly person or disabled adult may be based on repeated conduct or on a single incident or omission that results in, or could reasonably be expected to result in, serious physical or psychological injury, or a substantial risk of death, to an elderly person or disabled adult.
(c) A person who willfully or by culpable negligence neglects an elderly person or disabled adult without causing great bodily harm, permanent disability, or permanent disfigurement to the elderly person or disabled adult commits a felony of the third degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084.
Yep! stinks doesn't it?
I absolutely agree with your reasons why they picked Terri. They know (the powers that be), she is NOT PVS. Greer ruled against everyone that told the TRUTH. They know that LOTS OF US, know that too. Obviously, they don't give a rip either.
This is IN YOUR FACE stuff. They are watching how many people object to this Murder. I wish there were thousands out protesting. Even then, it probably wouldn't change Greer's mind.
Thank God for what you're doing. I have the feeling that there is so much to write in regard to Terri's situation that you could keep churning out the articles for some time to come.
Thanks for your commitment to this story and for exposing the dirt!!!
Scoop that is just unbelieveable. There should have been an investigation at the time of Dr. Gambone's testimony. The DCF clearly need a complete overhauling. I notice that they regularly "lose" children in foster care. That little 5 year old girl who was with the phony grandmother has NEVER been found. There have been many many more. I recall the Governor promising to do a COMPLETE overhaul of that Agency even before this LAST election. Clearly NOTHING has been done. If this is made aware to the Governor's office and the Legislature surely they will intervene. They certainly DON'T NEED PERMISSION from George Greer. This STINKS to high heaven.
SOMETHING JUST DON"T MAKE A BIT OF SENSE!!!
IF A JUDGE CAN GO THAT CRAZY AT THAT LEVEL THAT JUDGE NEEDS TO READ THIS!!

18 Q. So when you have been with her and observed
19 her, she has been swallowing her saliva?
20 A. You could assume that she was swallowing her
21 saliva. Saliva is made from stimulation or food or
22 objects in the mouth. Nothing goes in her mouth, so her
23 saliva production is probably less than a normal
24 persons. So in reference to the amounts of saliva she
25 would make is different in reference to a person in a
71
1 different situation.
2 Q. But regardless of whatever it is, she is
3 swallowing?
4 A. Yes.

EXACTLY. They should have known this was the absolute WRONG Guardian to appoint.
EXACTLY. They should have known this was the absolute WRONG Guardian to appoint.
Like I said yesterday, Greer HAS ALREADY MADE ALL HIS DECISIONS. DENIED!!
Go back and read yesterdays interview. Separation of Powers is exactly WHY the Legislature or the Governor at his Option CAN intervene. He gave item and paragraph. Jeb Bush HAS the Power to Intervene. Judges do NOT Govern Florida and her citizens.
I think Keyes and others are right about Jeb Bush having Constitutional power to Stop this horror.
Think about this. A Judge sentences a murderer to death, the Governor can STOP THE EXECUTION AND OVER TURN THE SENTENCE. I know Gov can stop the execution. That Judge would have been elected by the people.
Therefore, I do NOT buy the seperation of powers, in this case. That's my opinion.
Why in blue blazes aren't other agencies beside DCF investigating this? Where is the U.S. Department of Justice
( AskDOJ@usdoj.gov ) and what if anything are they doing??? Im really %#*&%! PO'd !!! If it weren't for our own TEJ none of this would have been uncovered, imo. I must go for a drive and cool down.
