Weston · Sounding more like a future presidential candidate than a losing vice presidential nominee, former North Carolina Senator John Edwards rallied Broward County Democrats Saturday night with a speech that focused on the core beliefs of his party.

"We will be looking at what's working, things like raising the minimum wage, expanding the earned income tax credit, and doing something about inner city schools," Edwards said in a news conference before his speech at the Broward County Democratic Party's annual Jefferson-Jackson Dinner.
It'll be fun seeing introduce those bill in the Senate, there, John, er, uh, er, wait a minute...

There was an article in the Orlando Sentinel yesterday about a local plaintiff's lawyer, John Morgan, who is raising money for the Dems. Apparently, one of his favorites is John Edwards. No surprise there. The article also mentions that Morgan's wife is also a lawyer, but she's a Republican. When Morgan held a party for Ted Kennedy recently, Morgan's wife skipped it.
Sure. Their core beliefs are the murder of unborn children and the elevation of homosexuality as a social benefit.

No, they have core beliefs...higher taxes, socialism, abortion, homosexual "marriage"...
And without that thing on his lip. The Silky Pony got it removed, saying that his doctor thought that it may be cancerous. Why can't I believe him?

All Edwards has to do now is learn how to roar like Gore, and libel and slander President Bush at every opportunity.
I'll say this for Mike Dukakis: after GHWB kicked his ass in '88, he didn't go around the country screaming and wailing about Bush-this and Bush-that, he got on with his life.

John Edwards, (AND John F'in Kerry!) should take the damn hint.
