Why does the taxpayers have to pay for a study that any person who has ever been overweight know for themselves?
-saturated fat
-trans fat
-simple carbohydrates (High-Fructose Corn Syrup, white sugar, etc.)
Should include:
-protein
-complex carbohydrates and fiber
-polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats.
That probably is oversimplified, but it is a heck of a lot better than what is taught our kids. If America concentrated on those simple guidelines, we would be a heck of a lot healthier and thinner than we are now.
