I can't find it through Google either. I wish someone more knowledgeable would hurry up and capture it before it completely disappears.

I've asked to save his browser cache here. Judging from his reaction at that reply, he was able to view it before it was taken down.

There is a Dennis Rader who is President of Christ-Lutheran Church in Wichita, KS. It looks like the church has taken down all of its web pages today and they are not in the Google cache. But maybe the Wayback Machine can help.
