psychopaths do this kind of thing and get away with it because everyone sort of stands around disbelieving and afraid to cross them. And people like us, if we go 35 in a 30 mph zone, are guilty and watching for the cop who is going to take us away in leg irons for BREAKING THE LAW. The burden of a conscience is unknown to Church hill isn't it?
