You are saying that she is able to feed herself and she is going to be deprived of this right? Or is she being force fed, which is artificial intervention? You can't have it both ways, either she has a feeding tube or she doesn't.

But you seem to be saying that anyone who needs someone to render assistance to be fed should be left alone and starved to death. if that is your point then what about a person with no arms or legs.
