Yes, they are plagued with a lot of troubles.  I am in emergency services, and Houston as well as a few other big Texas cities have become legendary for being associated with job burnout in paramedics.....rivers of blood, trauma and pain.  My heart goes out to the good people of Texas.  They also should be commended for their restraint in not massing on their Southern border and shooting illegals as they cross.....
