A blind man has been arrested in Scotland after witnesses reported he sank his teeth into his guide dogs head and then kicked the Labrador-retriever mix after it apparently wouldnt help him across a busy street.
A witness who said he saw the attack outside a busy shopping center in the Scottish capital Edinburgh reported the incident to police.
After several days investigation, officers arrested David Todd, 34, on charges of cruelty to animals and breach of the peace.

yeah,...HOOT MAHN, from now on he can just bite his white stick, er,...the one he'll walk with

Would have served the guy right if the dog had led him into the path of a fast-moving truck. And most likely the reason the dog wouldn't "help him cross the street" was that there was a traffic hazard!

Must be tough to be Blind and Cruel at the same time.
I can only hope that the Lab leads his master out in front of an oncoming garbage truck ( or Lorey ) and gets out of the way in the nick of time.
Dogs deserve better.

Wouldn't you know it. The blind guy draws a deaf guide dog. How else was he supposed to get the dog's attention?

Sounds like this guy's problems aren't confined to his eyes. I hope the dog returned the favor, pissed in the wound, and gave him a massive infection. Sick b*stard.

Must be tough to be Blind and Cruel at the same time.Agree...the guide dog should've led him into the path of a very big truck.
