Yes, those recent neurological studies that point to the crucial role of the thalamus in human consciousness are fascinating.
Has anyone said Terri's thalamus is liquified?

It is absolutely dishonest of you, after many years of non-response to physical therapy from her, to now state that the doctors have not done so. You know better!
Someone is using deception for their own personal and political gains on this topic.
You should be ashamed of exploiting this poor woman in such a way.
Michael SWORE UNDER OATH that he would take of Terri for the rest of his life, NOT for a few years. He won all that money from a jury that reasonably expected it to go to her CONTINUING therapy.
They didn't sign on to their verdict expecting more than a half million to go to Felos and his effort to have her killed.
This kind of brain injury can take many years to recover from.
You don't just stop therapy and suddenly "remember", years later, that your wife mentioned to you, "Honey, no tubes for me".
Not unless you hook up with a man named Felos.

For the last time, I have never said I wanted to see her dead. I think that if there is no written consent that she should be released to her parents and they should take care of her in their home with their own money. That is what I said. Would I want to live like that .... NO. I hope everyone takes this opportunity and puts their wishes on paper. But I don't think Michael Schiavo is the villain you all think he is. And I think he is doing what he thinks is the right thing and everybody is following the law.
