Ward Churchill (5th Columnist) Busted for Copyright Infringement, Plagiarism, assaults cameraman

Evidence has been found that 5th Columinst Ward Churchill copied a painting by reknown artist Thomas E. Mails

Churchill's Serigraph is a mirror image of the Miles painting.



Churchill made the serigraph in question in 1981 and called it "Winter Attack." He printed 150 copies and sold one of them to Duke Prentup for about $100.

On Video, confronting Churchill about the obvious copyright violation by CBS4 Reporter Raj Chohan, Churchill then attacked the cameraman filming the incident.

Also, Churchill claims he earned a Bachelors Degree and a Master Degree at the Sangamon State University in Illinois (where 5th Columinst were created) but school officials cannot locate his Master's Thesis. Colorado University regents expressed concerns that a person be appointed professor without a doctorate.

I agree. BUT, be prepared with some strong counters to "liberal", leftists, ACLU's predictable accusations of "witch-hunt," "McCarthyism, etc."

Hate-filled, anti-American Churchill is a self-admitted Marxist. WE the People do not want Churchill or his "comrades" in educator positions where they can unduly influence our children and youth with their mania for Marxist ideology - which, of course, sparks the "liberal" agenda.

There is no strong argument for copyright Infringement in Academia. NONE. They expel students and permanently mark their grade transcripts with notation of such. Same for plagiarism.

IMHO The university will have no choice but to terminate his employment based on his undocumented claim of minority status and inability to explain the copyright infringement.

Don't cry for Ward however, I am sure the City of Evil will put him to work in their fine institution of Higher Indoctrination.

I'd expect a fraudulent suicide: a self-pitying "stream of consciousness" fanfare of a suicide note. A mystery arises when it seems there is no evidence of Churchill's demise - his corpse is never found, well, because Churchill sneaked off to Canada. Canada's Socialist/Marxists protect him, and Churchil re-invents himself with an alias and faux credentials. Churchill joins a faculty at one of Canada's highest Ivory Towers. I believe it will be the Acadian Tower of Babel.
