Exactly, you got it - that is my point. I was being sarcastic. I cannot believe that anyone - even the media people - have not pointed out that argument. They are so focused on the "bringing down CBS" aspect, that they are ignoring the facts of the story.
No one is mentioning the Burkett involvement at all in any of their joustings with Hinchey. Did Burkett just disappear?

I think the dems were careless. Having Burkett and Van Os so connected to the big dems....raises too many questions.
