Careless? Oh,you are being kind. A nice way of saying: stupid, overly-confident, in-your-face, arrogant, haughty, egotistical,supercilious, sneaky,underhanded, sly, shifty,...and, well you add the rest of the suitable adjectives.

But, your point is right-on, for sure about the close connections!

As I said, if this had died down Burkett might have lived more easily. Now, thanks to Hinchey, it might raise it's ugly head again. I bet there are Democrats wetting their pants and working overtime on trying to avert a pending disaster for them. We HOPE!
