Hinchey is insane! Appearing live on international cable television, making wild accusations like that, while providing NO PROOF of his accusations. His career should be over after that appearance on Hannity & Colmes tonight. Unbelievable...

He, along with Rangel and Weiner are known for wild accusations and should all be booted out of office. What they all have in common is a friend in Hillary who they campaigned for in 2000!

Should but in all probability won't be. He had one close race, in 1994, but since then has been coasting to easy victories against C-list Republican opponents.

One person who could probably beat Hinchey is Thomas Libous, a very able politican, a Republican state senator from Binghamton in Hinchey's district. But Libous has preferred to remain in the state senate, probably hoping to become majority leader when Joe Bruno retires.

However, with the Republicans in danger of losing their state senate majority, perhaps Libous will consider a run for the congressional seat more seriously.
