You may need to get the Media Player upgrade.

You may need to update your MS Player codec files. Some of the newer video codecs are very testy.

Microshaft screws its customers very frequently.

If you are running Winblows 2000 or 98 you are screwed.

The MS-aholes of course don't tell you that, you just get sound and no picture.

If you try and upgrade your winblows media player it tells you you have the most current version, which is a lie.

If you go to the winblows site and click to download media player 10, you get media player 9.

So you have to buy a new MS OS, reinstall all your applications and preferences and more, just so can run media player 10 (until they screw you again).

microsoft - biggest aholes on the planet.
