I am ragging on him "Chiefspew" and calling him Sparky because his username identifies him as a Masterchief Radioman, U.S. Navy. He would be an E-9 (and apparently used to browbeating instead of leading people), and he should understand the necessity for civility. Regrettably there are those who forget the important lessons of humility that they learned as Seamen, or as chief initiates.
