I dated a Vegan once (just once) who forced this diet upon her 8 year old AND her Golden Retriever puppy.

This idiot couldn't understand why her child couldn't pay attention in class, participate in any active games, or do anything without constant reminders.

As for the poor puppy, you've never seen a more confused animal.

The vegans who work at our local health food store are the most vacuous, vapid people I've ever met. It's like their brains are not firing on all cylinders.

Probably didn't supplement with B12... when I went to college, most of the PETA vegans were really nasty libs. However, I work with a lot of rastafarian vegans and their children are brilliant and very sharp minded with beautiful skin. Most all are homeschooled where they can monitor their lifestyle and diet too.

Dogs cn survive on a vegetarian diet, if it's suplemented with vitamins. Cats can't.

If not for child abuse, she should at least have been arrested for animal cruelty. A dog on a vegan diet? Did she ever hear the term carnivore?

My question is: did she (your ex) look like a stick? I simply cannot understand the logic of putting at risk the life of child or impose a diet on a pet, knowing that they are, in the case of child or in the case of the pet, unable or unknowlegable in the ramifications of what there being forced to consume.
