Police said Villareal was to receive an award Monday for capturing a group of men who had robbed several convenience stores. Oh please say it isn't so. Mexico actually has 'regular' criminals that rob convenience stores? Does that mean those crimes are our fault too? Or are drug crimes the only ones that are our fault?
