Agreed--great book, great movie. Hell's Angel's too.
Everything after the mid-70's was unreadable.

Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas. A classic. I always thought it a little odd that the person who turned me on to this book in college was the absolutely most conservative guy I knew on campus.

I loved the book '' Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas'' when I was a kid, it kinda reminded me of Jack Keroaks book '' On The Road'' except it was laced with heavy doses of acid!

I actually thought about this movie last night after seeing a convertible car on tv. I may have to pop in the DVD later on today.
