Maverick Republican Sen. John McCain said Sunday that his New York colleague, Sen. Hillary Clinton, would do well if she becomes president of the United States.
"I am sure that Sen. Clinton would make a good president," McCain told NBC's "Meet the Press," as both he and Clinton were being interviewed from Baghdad.
While noting that as a Republican, he'll be supporting the GOP nominee in 2008, McCain reiterated, "I have no doubt that Sen. Clinton would make a good president."
Asked whether she thought McCain would make a good president, Sen. Clinton was somewhat less effusive, responding tersely, "Absolutely" - before erupting in her familiar cackle.
McCain is not the maverick, he's the enemy within. There is no way that this guy could get elected especially coming from an Evangelical point of view. We need a true Christian Conservative statesman instead of a career politician.
The skin cancer has spread to his brain.
Good Lord!
Don't fool yourself he is totally nuts.
"Working for the UNITED NATIONS takes the Clintons
out from under the watchful eye of the internet-media and
outside the realm of groups such as Judicial Watch, wouldn't it?"
Yes. That would be my guess.
I hope Senator Coleman and his investigation committee have their eyes on the ball. Volcker's committee will be a whitewash. It's up to Coleman to unravel OFF.
McCain makes a good case for Term Limits. He's gone over the edge.
From Mc Cains point of view, she would make a good President.
Other than she allegedly being a female and he a male, they are both cut from the same bolt of cloth in my opinion.
She is as repugnant as he and he is as repugnant as her.
But from the point of view of decent freedom loving individuals, Hillary, as President would be a disaster.
McCain is a miserable, pathetic little man.
This man spent way too much time in the "Hanoi Hilton", unfortunately he has spent more time in the U.S. Senate. Will the people of Arizona ever vote this guy out?
McCainiac is one whacked out guy! His porch lights are way past mere flickering..
Since Newt left, when has a Republican Congress bitchslapped and democrat into submission?
Mclame hoping for a VP spot?
Why not? I would.
(Please FReepmail if you want on, or off, this list. I certainly have no desire to increase anyones stress-level. Thanks!!!)
I don't think it can be stated more plainly or accurately than that!
"Note to McCain: Hillary has no coattails...they intefere with her broom"
That's Funny!
It has spread to McCain's brain!
Post 475 and those FANTASTIC photos
mean I'm bookmarking this thread!!
"We're not laughing with you, Hillary.
We're laughing at you."
Hillary does have his LOOK, doesn't she....
