What's he doing in jail anywhere if he was aquitted of the rape charges brought against him?

What's he doing in jail anywhere if he was aquitted of the rape charges brought against him?

He was already doing time in Colorado when they took him to Ohio to stand trial for the rape. Once that trial was over, the Ohio officials let him go instead of arranging for his transportation back to jail in Colorado.
