Even recently he has traveled to Afghanistan, Poland and in between the Inauguration he was up at the crack of dawn, IMUS interview, church service, full day program of events and the balls in the evening, he still looked fresh at the end. IMHO his health is stable he has to look after himself but he has medical staff on hand 24/7 plus he himself has shown over the years he is a good listener to his own body. He would not have run if he did not consider however remote that he could not go the full 4 years of the second term; that would not be in his character.
