They spoke spanish only schools. The schools in Texas are specifically for illegal alien children. That is why the reference. Read an article a while back. Not sure where will have to look for it.

In nebraska, it has nothing to do with numbers of students. money for schools comes from property taxes...regardless if the property in the district has kids living on it or how many.

There has been a history of INS raids on the meat packing houses in Nebraska. Don't know if it is still an ongoing thing. In the past significant numbers of illegals have been caught.
