Not that it's particularly expensive if the labor's free (which, in the case of the retired parents, it would be).

I would absolutely take Terri into my home, but that's not the issue. Once we permit the State to decide over life and death, we are all at risk. I firmly believe that each person (from conception through natural death) has an inalienable right to live. Terri cannot speak for herself, and neither do the 4,000 babies that are killed (in the U.S.) each day by abortion. Someone has to speak out for them, and God willing someone will speak out for us in our time of need.
