My seventh grader is doing a science fair project involving "handedness". She needs a larger sample for her data. If you would like to help, please do the following: clasp your hands together with your fingers intertwined. Report which thumb is on top and if you are right or left handed. Thanks for your help! Standing outside the grocery store didn't work, even with tootsie rolls as a thank you. People were too afraid we were selling something!

I tried doing it the other way, but it felt unnatural. I am VERY right-handed.

I'm right handed and left thumb is on top.....but I am also kind of ambidextrous so that might influence it.....I do some things left handed like batting, hockey, kicking a ball....everything else is righty....

Left thumb on top and I'm right handed.
Right handed...Left thumb on top....DIdn't have a dominate side until in third grade....ALso didn't crawl as a baby... Have a lot of left/right problems.

Daughter: Thumbs side by side, right handed
Hubby: Right thumb on top, left handed
(I also bat left, throw right- maybe related?)
(And my second toe is longer than my big toe...)
