Glad to see that Philadelphia has one courageous judge who is on the side of the angels.

Homosexual Agenda Ping.
News we've been waiting to hear!
Judge Pamela Dembe of the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas dismissed the charges, saying that she found no basis whatsoever for any of them.
If you want on/off the ping list see my profile page.

HOORAY!!!!!! I am glad Judge Dembe's FIRST allegiance is to the FIRST AMENDMENT and NOT to District Attorney Lynne Abraham.

Praise be!
THIS is an example of a victory for free speech, not some of the things that "they" claim...

Dismissal is good, but where is the apology? There should be an apology.

For those who haven't heard, as the above article states:
In what is being hailed as a victory for free speech, a judge in Philadelphia today dismissed all criminal charges against four Christians who were arrested for evangelizing at an outdoor homosexual event.
Praise the Lord!

They need to sue the people who made these false claims. This is the only way to get justice legally. The left wants to enact hate crime laws so they can restrict free speech - we must be vigliant and supportive of the courageous individuals willing to sacrifice all to challenge these obvious unconstitutional laws.

So, how much did this end up costing them for their little sojourn into Philly justice?

"a judge in Philadelphia today dismissed all criminal charges against four Christians who were arrested for evangelizing at an outdoor homosexual event." About friggin time, now they should go after that anti-Christian SOB district attorney, Charles Ehrlich, who pushed these so-called "hate crime" charges against the Christian protestors. They should sue him in federal court, under the civil rights act (42 USC 1983) both in his capacity as DA and individually as a private citizen. And when they win, they can take his home and throw the dirt bag out onto the street.

ONLY problem is the message has already been sent that
Christians are accepted in Philly only if they are polite and remain behind closed doors, and do not offend anybody.
Problem is Scripture is still considered Hate Speech and
Christianity a Hate Group. Until PA removes Sexual Orientation from their protected class status the confusion will remain. I see nothing to celebrate in this
dropping of charges -except in that the good people wrongly
charged no longer face prison. The fundamental problem
remains unchanged.

I am sooo glad this judge has sense. I was afraid that free speech was already out the door rather than just headed there.
More than one person should lose their job over this. And more than one should be locked up for infringing on others rights.

I guess she didn't want to be the laughing stock of the legal community.
Now how about those court cost and attorney's fee's?False arrest?
